On 21 June, we celebrated the Summer Solstice from seven p.m. onwards. It started as a small idea. In 2018 I also had this idea and then Karin Pfeifer and I shaped the evening. Karin is a healer and works with herbs, gemstones and energies invisible to the eye. Because the Summer Solstice is an earthly celebration that has everything to do with nature, it seemed a good plan to call on Karin’s help. I am more into yoga and meditation and don’t really know anything about all those things that Karin does.

Back in 2018, it was already a special evening. In the meantime, we are three years further on in which many changes have taken place. Not only in the world at large, but also in the field of personal development. Karin and I have been working on the development of a course every week for six months now. These weekly sessions are not only instructive for both of us – we learn from each other – but also our awareness grows about how life works and that the way to pure consciousness is not difficult. It does require perseverance and the courage to look  inside yourself. And now a course is coming up, to tell others how it works. How you can step out of victimhood and how you cannot develop spiritually without being fully absorbed in earthly life.If not you would just be floating with your head in the clouds.

For this solstice 2022 we designed a small workshop in which a foretaste of literally feeling and being able to experience that we are actually connected on an energetic level. Afterwards, everyone could put together their own herbal wisp to protect their homes for the coming year. We had delicious tomato soup and all kinds of petiscos and cakes and home-made fruit juices, wine, tea and water and much more. 

The registrations were overwhelming. Karin and I even had to adjust the programme of the meditation and exercise. We spent the evening with 23 participants. A mix of young and old, 70% Portuguese and the rest foreigners. It was an amazingly beautiful evening that brought a lot to the table. 

Karin and I are deeply grateful that we were able to strike a chord and that everyone went home fulfilled, with their own herbal wisp that is hung by the front door for protection.

Here, as in many places in the world, the new society is growing. A community that can support itself and is deeply connected. Like a big family. The world will only become more beautiful because of it. 

Also on behalf of Karin, I would like to thank all the people who were there; for coming and the deep trust in us. Without you nothing would have happened. No growth, no fun, no laughter, no tears. Together we can make the new world as it is meant to be!

Solstício de Verão 2022

A 21 de Junho, celebrámos o Solstício de Verão a partir das sete da tarde. Começou como uma pequena ideia. Em 2018 também tive essa ideia e depois Karin Pfeifer e eu moldámos a noite. Karin é uma healer e trabalha com ervas, pedras preciosas e energias invisíveis à vista. Porque o Solstício de Verão é uma celebração terrena que tem tudo a ver com a natureza, pareceu um bom plano recorrer à ajuda de Karin. Eu sou mais de yoga e meditação e não sei realmente nada sobre todas essas coisas que a Karin faz.

Em 2018, já era uma noite especial. Entretanto, estamos três anos mais avançados nos quais muitas mudanças tiveram lugar. Não só no mundo em geral, mas também no campo do desenvolvimento pessoal. Karin e eu temos estado a trabalhar no desenvolvimento de um curso todas as semanas durante seis meses. Estas sessões semanais não são apenas instrutivas para ambos – aprendemos um com o outro – mas também a nossa consciência cresce sobre como a vida funciona e que o caminho para a consciência pura não é difícil. É preciso perseverança e coragem para olhar para si próprio. E agora está a surgir um curso, para contar a outros como funciona. Como se pode sair da vitimização e como não se pode desenvolver espiritualmente sem estar totalmente absorvido na vida terrena. Sem isso está a “flutuar”.

E depois veio o 21 de Junho de 2022. Tornou-se um workshop em que o gosto de sentir e poder experimentar que estamos de facto ligados a um nível energético. Posteriormente, cada um poderia montar o seu próprio ramo de ervas para proteger as suas casas para o próximo ano. Comemos deliciosa sopa de tomate e todo o tipo de petiscos e bolos e sumos de fruta caseiros, vinho, chá e água e muito mais. 

As inscrições foram esmagadoras. Karin e eu tivemos mesmo de ajustar o programa de meditação e exercício. Passámos a noite com 23 participantes. Uma mistura de jovens e velhos, 70% portugueses e os restantes estrangeiros. Foi uma noite espantosamente bela que trouxe muito à mesa. 

Karin e eu estamos profundamente gratos por termos conseguido tocar numa corda e por todos terem ido para casa satisfeitos, com o seu próprio ramo de ervas que é pendurado junto à porta da frente para protecção.

Aqui, como em muitos lugares do mundo, a nova sociedade está a crescer. Uma comunidade que se pode apoiar a si própria e está profundamente ligada. Como uma grande família. O mundo só se tornará mais belo por causa disso. 

Também em nome de Karin, gostaria de agradecer a todas as pessoas que lá estiveram; por terem vindo e pela profunda confiança em nós. Sem si, nada teria acontecido. Sem crescimento, sem diversão, sem gargalhadas, sem lágrimas. Juntos podemos fazer o novo mundo como ele está destinado a ser!

Zomer Zonnewende 2022

Op 21 juni vierden wij de Zomer Zonnewende vanaf 19:00 uur. Het begon als een ideetje. In 2018 had ik ook dat idee en toen heeft Karin Pfeifer met mij de avond vorm gegeven. Karin is healer en werkt met kruiden,  edelstenen en met voor het oog onzichtbare energieën. Omdat de Zomer Zonnewende een aards feest is dat alles te maken heeft met de natuur leek het een goed plan om de hulp van Karin in te roepen. Ik ben meer van de yoga en meditatie en weet eigenlijk niets van al die dingen waar Karin wel alles van weet.

Toen in 2018 was het al een bijzondere avond. Inmiddels zijn we drie jaar verder waarin veel veranderingen hebben plaatsgevonden. Niet alleen in de hele wereld, maar ook op het vlak van persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Karin en ik werken sinds een half jaar wekelijks aan de ontwikkeling van een cursus. Die wekelijkse sessies zijn voor ons allebei niet alleen leerzaam – we leren van elkaar – maar ook groeit ons bewustzijn over hoe het leven in elkaar zit en dat de weg naar zuiver bewustzijn niet moeilijk is. Wel vereist het volharding en lef om jezelf aan te kijken. En nu komt er een cursus, om anderen te vertellen hoe het werkt. Hoe je uit het slachtofferschap kunt stappen en hoe je zonder volledig ingedaald te zijn in het aardse leven je geestelijk niet kunt ontwikkelen. Dan zweef je alleen maar.

En toen kwam 21 juni 2022. Het werd een workshop waarin een voorproef van het letterlijk voelen en het kunnen ervaren dat we op energetisch niveau daadwerkelijk met elkaar verbonden zijn. Daarna kon iedereen zijn eigen kruidenwis samenstellen ter bescherming van huis en haard voor het komende jaar. We hadden heerlijke tomatensoep en allerlei petiscos en taart en huisgemaakte fruitsappen, wijn, thee en water en nog veel meer. 

Het liep storm met de inschrijvingen. Karin en ik moesten zelfs het programma van de meditatie en oefening aanpassen. Met 23 deelnemers hebben we de avond doorgebracht. Een mix van jong en oud, 70% Portugees en de rest buitenlanders. Het was een waanzinnig mooie avond die veel heeft gebracht. 

Karin en ik zijn diep dankbaar dat we een snaar konden raken en dat iedereen vervuld naar huis ging, met een eigen kruidenwis die bij de voordeur wordt gehangen ter bescherming.

Hier is zoals op vele plekken op de wereld de nieuwe samenleving aan het groeien. Een gemeenschap die zichzelf kan bedruipen en diep verbonden is. Als een grote familie. De wereld zal er alleen maar mooier door worden. 

Ook namens Karin dank ik alle mensen die erbij waren ; voor jullie komst en het diepe vertrouwen in ons. Zonder jullie zou er niets gebeurd zijn. Geen groei, geen plezier, geen lach, geen traan. Samen kunnen we de nieuwe wereld maken zoals het is bedoeld!
