Maria Sousa, Jorge Maia from TerraFazBem and Liesbeth Steur join forces this Saturday, May 8, in a new forest bathing event. We want you to experience what it is like to perceive yourself in nature with 100% awareness. You will make use of your five physical senses, seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting and smelling, but also of the other non-physical, invisible senses that we humans have.
For example, being aware of our balance and the different parts of the body, being able to feel the energy of other people, frequencies that nature radiates, becoming fully aware of our energetic connection with the spirit: what we know is there and cannot see.
Maria and Jorge have extensive experience with Shinrin Yoku, the Japanese art of bathing in the forest, and both have the talent to know the invisible. Liesbeth is, among other things, a yoga teacher. She brings together people who have the same desire to connect, people who want to learn to feel life with the conscience of the heart. This is not difficult and does not require experience, just being there to feel nature. Over time, a connection developed between Maria, Jorge and Liesbeth that strengthens the potentials of the participants.
We invite you to feel life and nature and to be present in the moment, releasing all the stress, while immersing in a bath in the forest.
When: Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm
Where: Meeting at the Fonte dos Coelhos. From there we will head off to the final place.
There we will start, under the guidance of Liesbeth, with a series of exercises to ground properly, then we start walking in silence. During the walk through the wild nature will be several stops with exercises to reduce the levels of stress and anxiety under the guidance of Maria and Jorge. No experience is required to participate. Essential oils based on the energy of the group will be used.
Bring with you: Comfortable shoes. Check the weather forecast and dress in layers. A bottle of water and something to eat.
